Medikonstruk Inc. respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it and how you can reach us about it, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you type in: your name, organization, email address, mobile number, the service you are interested in, the project location and your message. Only your name and email address are required.

Please do not send health or other sensitive personal information through the form. We do not need it to answer a construction inquiry.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to reply to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal or quotation for the project you describe, and to follow up on it with you. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

Form messages are delivered to our company email by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. The website itself runs on a server rented from our web hosting provider. These services process the information only to deliver the site and your message.

The map in our contact section is a Google Maps embed. When it loads, Google receives the usual technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, under the Google Privacy Policy.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Your browser keeps one small note for the current visit so the opening animation plays only once. It holds no personal information and disappears when you close the tab. The Google Maps embed may set Google's own cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and, if a project follows, for the duration of that project and the records the law requires us to keep. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, and to ask us to delete or block it. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
